1) What we collect
- Name
- Portfolio (URL or handle)
- City and country
- Technical metadata (IP, device or browser info, cookies, see Cookies)
2) Why we use it (lawful bases)
- Review candidacies and contact you about next steps (legitimate interests).
- Showcase approved talent, for example last three designers or makers and map pins (legitimate interests).
- Security, fraud prevention, and service quality (legitimate interests).
3) Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share with providers that help run Apply, for example hosting or email. If approved, your name and location, city and country, may appear publicly in a list and on a map.
4) Retention
We keep candidate records until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer useful for review. If approved, public display lasts while you remain approved or until you ask us to remove it.
5) Cookies
We show a consent banner. We use strictly necessary cookies and, if enabled, analytics or advertising cookies for performance and campaign measurement. Manage preferences in the banner or your browser.
6) Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact hello@crowdfactory.shop. You can also contact your local authority, for example CNIL in France.
7) International transfers and security
Some providers may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards, for example Standard Contractual Clauses. We apply technical and organizational protections.
8) Age
Applying to earn money requires you to be 18 or older. Simply browsing has no specific age requirement.
